Pure mendong, a natural plant-derived material similar to jute, is braided and dyed again before being hand woven into circular rug. Natural tones in the center juxtapose with deep black border for a stunning effect.
Soft bars of green wash down to ivory in this incredibly plush rug. Woven from rayon made from natural wood fibers, rug features colorful depth, sheen and the rich, luxurious feeling of a much pricier rug. Lower pile makes it ideal underneath dining tables or rooms with high traffic.
100% wool yarns are handwoven by skilled rug makers in Bhadohi, India on a traditional punja loom. Bands of ombre blue are then hand-sprayed on each rug creating a rich watercolor effect. Plush and edgy, round shag rug brings a bit of the Cali coast to any room.
