Sculptural silhouette tells a tall tale with a mid-century twist. Space-saving design hits a dramatic peak and swivels with a 360-degree shade rotation, shining light any direction you need it. Nickel-plated steel illuminates industrial with contrasting white interior to softly diffuse the glow. Suspends sturdy from warm black walnut-finished ash wood wall plate.
Chandelier gets the whimsical treatment . Three tiers are reminiscent of a tiered cake, rendered in a modern antique brushed brass finish. Soft linen shade at the center keeps it sophisticated.
Geometric base to suspended shade and architectural iron structure contrasts matte black and brushed nickel lines that intersect, angle and telescope to suspend a white linen light source as you please. Circular cutout base cleverly threads cord through the design to keep a neat, clean profile. Thompson likes to celebrate the functional aspects of her designs, stating that “the cantilever effect of this lamp creates a visual tension. Three frosted globe shades extend from brushed brass pole like bubbles floating in a champagne glass. Designer Brett Beldock was actually inspired by street lamps for this chic, fanciful floor lamp.
